The Summit

Our first design build project at the summit started with the backyard. We stepped in for the client and took over the project from a contractor at the beginning stages of the backyard remodel. After bringing in our trusted team of subcontractors and helping fine tune the design, we produced this jaw dropping backyard oasis. A new pool and all new tile surround and deck, with a complete outside kitchen, fireplace cabana, a retaining wall that features vineyards and scattered seating areas to feel like a total escape.

The next step was a new garage/pool bathroom remodel with a custom walnut vanity encased in travertine.

We then moved on to remodel of the primary suite. A custom reclaimed barnwood vanity recessed into an arch with floating shelves set the tone for a relaxing steam in the travertine shower. This spa like bathroom gives another space for our busy clients to recharge. In the bedroom, we added custom built in cabinetry in the closets. What isn't visible, but has a huge impact in completing the homeowners retreat is the added acoustic barrier in the ceiling to cut down on sound.
