Inception - We come to you and discuss the general scope of the project, expectations and your wish lists.
Conceptual Models & Layout - We can partner with your design team or spearhead the design supported with our 3D modeling program to bring your vision to life.
Budget Development - We create a budget with the full scope of project detailed to give realistic cost.
Contract ($) - We mutually agree to the contract and get to the fun stuff!

Finalize Design & Materials - Together we will finalize the design details using our 3D modeling system. All materials for the project will be chosen, removing the unknowns. Having a clear plan before construction allows for a smooth overall experience.
Procure Permit - If needed we will work with the county/city planning department to properly obtain permits.
Finalize Budget - We update the budget with the finish materials chosen, removing surprises in cost.

Calendar & Schedule - We plan out the logistics and get a schedule set, so you know what to expect and when.
“Break ground” - Our team of professionals come in and get to work on finishing your project. They bring their hustle and positive attitudes while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Final walkthrough - We walk through together reviewing the final finishing details.
Clean up - Our team completes final punch list and thoroughly clean up work areas, ready to be enjoyed.
Pictures - We schedule a time that is convenient for you for us to bring a professional photographer to capture the completed project for our portfolio and you to enjoy.
